We are a newly established company based in Birmingham.  Our aim is to source quality products from major manufacturers across Europe, and to offer a wide range of electrical and home entertainment products, not to be beaten on price or quality as well as offering a high level of customer support.  

Staple Hall Electrical Discounts offers a convenient web based ordering system to ensure a quick and trouble free shopping experience. The web based nature of our business enables us to minimise overheads and thus pass on the savings to the consumer.

Payment methods

You may order online using a credit /debit card, all transactions are taken via PAYPAL using their secure online payment service. PayPal is an online payment system operated by eBay. You do not need a Paypal account in order to purchase products from us.  All prices are in pounds sterling (£).

Delivery arrangements

The costs for delivery are dependent on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. Please note that there may be some products such as lcd/plasma tv's that are prohibited by delivery using the postal service and certain courier/parcel companies,  these items will be delivered by our own delivery team.

Price promise

If you find the same "like for like" item cheaper anywhere else within 7 days of purchase, We will refund the difference.

In order for us to process any refund we will need to know specific details including:

1. Product Name
2. Where you have seen the product
3. The product price
4. Your full name, contact number and order number.

• Price match must take into account any V.A.T. & shipping charges applicable.
